The printer default should never, ever be left to reduce 400%, extra dark, 17 inch paper. Please Office Paper Waster, the next time you decide to use the company printer to make 976 copies of your neighborhood yard sale flyer, take the .05 seconds and go ahead and push that flashing red light. That way, when we need to print two pages of power point slides for a meeting in three minutes we don’t have to refill the paper twice and call IT for a toner refill while the machine regurgitates an entire tree worth of (now) scrap paper.
Kind of makes us want to do this ^^…
